About the Role

# Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a developer with several years of commercial experience in frontend development. A self-reliant and communicative person, ready to work on multiple projects at the same time, eager to grow professionally, and motivated to contribute to an engaged team.


# What will you do?

  • Build responsive, accessible, performant UIs using Tailwind CSS.

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based sites, themes, and plugins.

  • Create and maintain sites on Wix and Webflow (or migrate, optimize, extend them).

  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver polished user experiences.

  • Optimize for SEO, performance, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and continuously improve quality.

  • Stay up to date on web technologies, patterns, tools, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

# Requirements must-haves:

  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS (utility-first styling).

  • Solid expertise in WordPress: customizing themes, building plugins or child themes, managing content structures.

  • Experience working with Wix and/or Webflow (building, adjusting, optimizing sites).

  • Fluent in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Good understanding of responsive design, browser rendering quirks, and web best practices.

  • Version control experience (Git, GitFlow or similar).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • English proficiency (working / reading / communicating) — at least B2 or equivalent.


# Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with headless CMS or static site generators.

  • Experience with performance tooling (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).

  • Some knowledge of backend tech (PHP, Node.js, etc.).

  • Experience with deployment workflows, CI/CD, hosting platforms.

  • Design tools familiarity (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
