Accessibility Declaration

Our Commitment

1000.software is committed to ensuring its website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously test and improve our website to remove barriers.

We believe that good software must be usable by everyone. Accessibility is not an add-on — it is an integral part of how we design and develop digital products, both for our own website and for our clients. We run manual WCAG 2.1/2.2 audits and provide hands-on implementation support as a dedicated service, so the same standards we hold our clients to apply equally to our own website.

What We Do

The following measures are in place to support accessibility on this website:

  • All images have meaningful alternative text (alt attributes).

  • The page language is declared (lang="en" on the HTML element).

  • Color contrast for all text meets or exceeds the WCAG AA 4.5:1 ratio.

  • All interactive elements (buttons, links) have accessible names recognisable by screen readers.

  • ARIA attributes are used only where necessary, correctly matching their assigned roles.

  • The viewport meta tag does not prevent users from zooming.

  • Each page has a unique, descriptive <title>.

  • Link text is descriptive where it can be controlled within the platform.

  • We run automated Lighthouse audits regularly against key pages.

Platform Limitations

The website is built on the Wix platform. Some accessibility issues originate in platform-generated markup that we cannot directly control. We have reported these to Wix and monitor for platform updates.

Testing Approach

This declaration is based on the following testing methods:

  • Automated testing: Google Lighthouse, run on representative pages.

  • Manual testing: Keyboard navigation and basic screen reader spot-checks. A comprehensive manual audit by a specialist is planned.
